Disney's Vero Beach Resort

Buying Vero Beach DVC Resale

Vero Beach has the highest annual dues in the Disney Vacation Club system: $14.89 per point in 2026. It also has the lowest asking prices. As of October 2026, resale listings on this site were asking an average of $55.01 per point across 48 listings, from $40 to $92.67. Those two facts belong together, and a third explains both.

All Vero Beach contracts expire January 31, 2042. About 16 years remain as of 2026.

Reading the Low Price Honestly

A low price per point at Vero Beach is not a bargain on the same terms as a long contract at Walt Disney World. You are buying roughly 16 annual allotments, each one carrying the highest dues in the system. If you want DVC for 30 years, a 2042 contract cannot get you there. When a later buyer looks at your contract, there will be even fewer years left to sell.

None of that makes Vero Beach a poor choice. It makes it a specific one. If you already vacation on the Atlantic coast of Florida and expect to for the next decade or so, the math can work. The cost calculator will show the yearly cost with your actual point count.

Keep contract size in mind too. Because dues are high relative to the purchase price, a large Vero Beach contract can cost far more each January than you expected when the asking price looked small. Buy the number of points you will use, and no more. Extra points you cannot use still carry the full dues rate.

Dues From 2021 to 2026

• 2021: $11.23
• 2022: $11.94
• 2023: $12.85
• 2024: $13.86
• 2025: $14.60
• 2026: $14.89

The total rise is $3.66 per point, the largest dollar increase in the table. The step from 2025 to 2026 was $0.29, smaller than any of the four years before it. See all resorts side by side on the annual dues page.

The Resort

Disney's Vero Beach Resort is an oceanfront property on Florida's Atlantic coast, well away from Walt Disney World. It is a pleasant beach resort with a quiet town around it. Plan to drive to the parks if you want them on the same trip. Buy here for the ocean, the pool, and an unhurried week, and treat any park days as a separate outing.

Booking and Resale Rules

Owners book Vero Beach at 11 months. That window matters most for summer and holiday weeks on the coast. Stays at the original Walt Disney World resorts open to you at 7 months.

Resale Vero Beach points cannot be used at Riviera Resort, the Disneyland Hotel villas, or the Cabins at Fort Wilderness. Membership Extras and the Sorcerer Pass discount are not part of a resale purchase. Banking, borrowing, and the right to resell remain.

The other 2042 coastal resort is Hilton Head, with lower dues and a higher price per point. You can compare against the current Vero Beach resale listings.
