Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Buying Saratoga Springs DVC Resale

Few DVC resorts give a resale buyer as much choice as Saratoga Springs. In the October 2026 snapshot, 113 Saratoga Springs contracts were listed on this site. Only Aulani had more. With that much inventory you can be picky about use year, point count, and how many current year points come with the contract.

As of October 2026, resale listings on this site were asking an average of $105.04 per point, with individual asking prices from $90 to $142.

Saratoga Springs Point Cost Over Time

When buyers ask about Saratoga Springs point cost, they usually mean the purchase price. The number that keeps arriving each January is the annual dues. In 2026 Saratoga Springs charges $9.19 per point. Five years earlier, in 2021, it was $7.11. The path between went $7.33 in 2022, $7.86 in 2023, $8.14 in 2024, and $8.54 in 2025.

That is $2.08 per point added in five years. Saratoga sits in the middle of the Walt Disney World range today, above Grand Floridian and Polynesian and below Old Key West. Dues are owed on each point whether you travel or not, so model them before you choose a contract size. The DVC annual dues by resort page shows the full table, and the DVC cost of ownership calculator turns a point count into a yearly figure.

Location and Fit

Saratoga Springs is across the lake from Disney Springs, themed after the horse racing and spa town in upstate New York. Boats and walking paths connect it to Disney Springs. Parks are reached by bus. It suits families who want a large, relaxed home base near shopping and restaurants and who do not need to walk to a park gate.

The 2054 End Date

Saratoga Springs contracts expire January 31, 2054. As of 2026 that leaves about 28 years. That places Saratoga between the 2042 resorts, with about 16 years left, and newer resorts running into the 2060s and 2070s. A middle length term and a deep supply of listings both help explain why its price per point sits where it does. Years remaining matter because you are buying a set number of annual allotments, and a later buyer will be buying whatever is left. Compare end dates on the resort expiration dates page.

Booking From Saratoga

Owning at Saratoga gives you the 11 month home resort window there and the 7 month window at the other original resorts. If you plan to use Saratoga points mostly at harder to book resorts, remember that at 7 months you compete with home resort owners who had a four month head start.

Resale Saratoga points cannot be used at Riviera Resort, the Disneyland Hotel villas, or the Cabins at Fort Wilderness. Resale buyers also give up Membership Extras and the Sorcerer Pass discount, while keeping banking, borrowing, and resale rights. Filter the Saratoga Springs resale listings by use year to narrow the field.
