Is there a Disney right of first refusal?

Yes. After a purchase agreement is signed, Disney reviews the transaction and has approximately 30 days to exercise their right of first refusal at the agreed price. Disney declines the vast majority of resale transactions. If they exercise ROFR, your deposit is returned in full.
